NMSD's Donor Funds at the Santa Fe Community Foundation
The New Mexico School for the Deaf houses several donor funds at the Santa Fe Community Foundation (SFCF). SFCF is the steward of two permanent endowments established for NMSD as well as a general fund for supporting educational opportunities for students and families.
- The NMSD Bandy Endowment- established to provide scholarships for NMSD seniors that wish to attend post-secondary programs.
- The NMSD Rabbi Helman Experiential Programs Endowment - established to provide NMSD students with the opportunity to reach for the stars at NASA's U.S. Space Camp, forge new paths and learn new skills to become self-starters in their school and beyond at the National Association for the Deaf's Youth Leadership Camp, as well as experience the splendor of other cultures through our International Studies trips.
On-line Giving - You can give directly on-line using a credit card at the Santa Fe Community Foundation’s website – follow the link to their “Give Now’ page and where it says “Select Fund Name” scroll to the bottom option and choose “Other Funds of the Foundation (type fund name)" and then type in "NMSD Helman Endowment".
