NMSD High School students attended a job skills training program at Aspen Camp during the first week of May and did a phenomenal job representing NMSD. Students were featured in articles in the Aspen Times and Colorado Sun publications.

Aspen Camp is a pilot program coordinated by transition leaders from NMSD, Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind, and Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind. The program focuses on career development, service learning and leadership.
