NMSD actively contracts for a variety of outside services ranging from consulting to construction.
Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) are regularly issued for goods and services and state procurement contracts are awarded under the State of New Mexico’s established procurement guidelines.
